Why spin?

Still very much a niche experience, the benefits of the activity combines sport, dexterity and above all stimulates conversation and social interaction.

Regardless of your level, spinning draws attention and interest from other spinners, dancers, martial artist practitioners, as well as passersby with an eye for art or uniqueness. As you develop skills and confidence the benefits begin to be witnessed in other areas of your life from giving presentations, addressing an audience, interviews or teaching, as well as a great opener for conversations with friends or family.

We would however suggest that invisible poi dancing is left off the dance floor and out of sight.

Spinning is a global feature with countless social events from Full Moon Festivals in Thailand to the Burning Man, held across Europe and the US. Being an event ecognised as classless, its easy to become part of a network whether local to you or an occasional distanced pastime, and with a sharing of styles, teachings and tips and a general enjoyment of music and scene, before too long you will find yourself involved with very contemporary and open group of new friends.
